First off there was a long assessment that had to be filled in asking to spot mistakes on documents, followed by a telephone Roleplay. This was then followed by a typing test and then finally a face to face interview.

Generic interview questions, such as describe a time when you provided excellent customer service. There was hardly any questions in the face to face interview, maybe a maximum of three.
