For a second interview, I got a phone call at 2:40 on a Friday afternoon. She said she would be there until 3:00 if I could come right down (a 25 minute drive away). She said she could stay a few extra minutes though. Most of the 10 minute interview was spent helping a coworker with a computer problem. Apparently she had already decided who she wanted to hire and it wasn't me.
