They asked about my experience w kids and how to handle classroom when teacher is absent. They have been supportive employer but should provide more bonus opportunities, like monthly or quarterly.
The interview was very quick and straightforward. They got back to me on the same day. They asked about experience and situational questions. They only had one round of actual interviews.
