Disorganized interview process over a 6 month period was a red flag. HR should have the recruitment process dialed in so that everyone’s time is used efficiently and the process doesn’t drag out for such a long period. I took a great job with another organization that had all the steps organized and hired me in 6 weeks - the way it should be done.
