Asked the basic behavioral questions in any security interview. Promised if I was hired I would receive $16/hr after obtaining my Denver guard license. Suddenly denied this after I acquired said license. Moved me from patrol to static guard immediately upon hire as I “didn’t have patrol experience”. Obviously, but how do you get patrol experience if you can’t be trained to to work the job?
