2 technical rounds of interview followed by an excel test. All the rounds were fairly easy mostly based on your past experience. After the process, HR suddenly comes back to be saying it'll be contractual position. After a discussion with the Hiring Manager, I agreed for that also. Then they gain go back saying it'll be a permanent position and further process will commence soon. After a month, I dont hear back from them and when I mailed them asking for an update, they call and say you dont fit our budget. I agree to negotiate and that you dont have enough experience for us to hire for the position. This has happened even though they knew my experience and agreed to go ahead with the process. I have been put through a mental stress with their wavering mind and behavior. HR is so ignorant that they send me an email for rejection for a position I never gave an interview for and it left me thinking if they have mistaken me for some other candidate. Overall a very bad experience. Unprofessional organization.
