Few points first call interview feedback from my side. Overall, the first interview was not impressive and didn't go next steps as the pay wasn't match. I thought it would be better than this as Dentsu is one of top marketing agency company. However, the interview skill was very poor by interviewer. - The recruiter called me without booking a time in advance. - Applied for Paid Search Director but got email about job which was Paid Search Manager. It was a mistake by recruiter, but not very good first impressions. - Asking current salary. I'd assume many candidates doesn't want to tell about current salary, which is private.
