I applied on LinkedIn, had an initial conversation with the actual hiring manager, then talked to her subordinate. I never heard anything after that. Talking to 2 people and then being ghosted left such a bad taste in my mouth that I really don't consider Dentsu for positions anymore, even though I know it's a huge company and these were only 2 people.
