Attended Graduate Assessment Day at the Edinburgh offices. Was asked to prepare a pretend pitch for an app in advance. The day started with a numerical and logic aptitude test followed by a presentation from management and all of us candidates delivering our pitch presentations. We then had two short one-on-one interviews with the hiring managers. All in all I really liked the assessment day but didn't hear back for about six weeks, which was a pain.
