3 rounds of interview, first being HR screening, second with the hiring manager over video call, and final a presentation assessment. The presentation assessment was not easy as it was a full strategy planning for their existing client with only a short amount of time given (1 week) for preparation.

Verschiedene Instanzen und keine klare Stelle in Aussicht. Sie wissen auch nicht so ganz, was und wann nötig ist. Vielmehr ist es ein Aufbau einer Staff-Pipeline. So, dass in der entsprechenden Fluktuation die richtigen Leute dann rekrutiert werden können, ohne grossen Aufwand mit dem Ausschreiben etc getätigt werden muss.

Long interview with 3 rounds. F2F and phone. This is excluding HR call. You get to meet your hiring manager, someone from other team and someone from management. Interview is not very long for each session.
