Had three interviews. All were positive. Two were with the owners. Then nothing. No responses to my follow up via email and phone. If you're going to interview candidates multiple times and tell them you'll be in touch with next steps, then actually get in touch or respond to follow ups. It was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional.
