Thorough process, there was an initial phone call where the recruiter explained the role and about the organisation, then we discussed my experience. There were 2 more formal interviews both online, they were relaxed and friendly not trying to catch me out at all, more getting a feel for my skills and experience. They were transparent and communicative throughout the process.
