Received response from 1st phone screener, she seemed a bit unprepared to speak to specifics about the job description but I got to the hiring manager interview anyway. I dont think my strengths were a perfect fit for what they wanted for the role and I was asking too high a price, and didnt want to accept a non-remote role.

Initial phone screen from recruiter. Really great recruiter from the Atlanta office. She walked me through all the basics such as salary, benefits, company culture etc.. Really took her time and made me feel like I was valued. Then the interviews with the hiring manager, I had 2 rounds of Microsoft Teams interviews. Hiring manger was in Europe, so time zone challenges needs to be worked out. Hiring manager was able shift schedule a bit to accommodate me. He took both rounds of interviews at 8pm his local time. I really appreciated the flexibility . Final "interview" was an office tour of the new office in Holland MI. It was more a friendly chat over coffee. Met with some of the prospective team, and a few higher up director level positions. It was more a check for culture fit and how the daily interactions might be. It was very casual and a great experience.
