      Entrevista

      1st Interview - 100% Ghosted!! . She didn't even reach out to ask to move interview or that she had a personal issue and needed to reschedule - just NOTHING. Twenty minutes after our scheduled start time for our call, I was able to track her email through LinkedIn and replied back to her to let me know if there was an issue and hope all was ok. An hour later, I received an AUTOMATED rejection letter, like it was from my original application. WEIRD! 3.5 hours after I sent email to her, the recruiter responded back and said she had personal issue and asked to reschedule appointment the next day. 2nd 1st Interview - Make up for ghosting. LATE. She called 11 minutes after start time. So deflating and unprofessional at this point that I felt I was already wasting my time. We carried through a standard 30 minute interview and at the end she did say she would pass on profile to hiring manager but did not really trust her at this point as she couldn't even answer basic sales comp questions. I felt this interview was just checking the box to save face from the day before and when she casually called me 11 minutes late, it confirmed it. She did state that she had nothing to do with the rejection email and would look into it (again no trust here). Follow Up - ZERO. Sent immediate reply and professionally thanking her and look forward to next steps. Still, after four weeks and a 3rd follow up email, I have received NO response from this recruiter in Michigan. So over two days, I literally wasted and blocked out a whole day in preparation.. I'm sure my experience is probably not the norm with Dematic but rather collateral damage from a newly hired recruiter that is need of coaching before additional negative reviews keep popping up about ghosting candidates. And they are on a hiring spurt? Just be aware and not surprised if it happens again.
