I first applied to the job through their website. After a day, their hiring people reached out to do a 1hr virtual interview. The first interview is basically going over your skills, what you're looking to do, what do you currently do, how do you feel about certain technology and etc. The second interview is with a manager and this where you'll get asked more technical questions. They'll ask a lot of Linux questions because the job requires you to know Linux. They'll also ask you about Active Directory, NAS vs SAN, how would you make certain things more efficient and automated and etc. I asked about the team culture, communication with coworkers, chance of growth in the company and much more. The person didn't give me a good vibe when asking my questions about the team because it was always, "I want to" or "I'm trying to" so that really disinterest me in the position. The third interview was suppose to be on site but I declined because I didn't like the response when asking about team culture.
