Interview experience was very unprofessional. My resume was shortlisted, and I received a call from HR without any prior scheduling. We had a basic 20-minute telephonic round. I was informed that there would be a follow-up HR round with a senior member the next day, but that never happened. It was also mentioned that two technical rounds would follow—none of which took place.
Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and LinkedIn, I received no response. While we understand that not every profile may align with a company’s needs, transparent communication goes a long way in maintaining a positive candidate experience. A timely update or closure would have been appreciated, as a lack of response can leave a lasting impression about the company’s approach to candidate engagement.
