I was approached on LinkedIn with the job spec and asked to have a call with a recruiter if I was interested. Initial call was about the company and what I was looking for in a new role. This led to a more formal interview with the hiring manager. This interview was looking at my CV and some basic technical questions as well as company fit questions. I then had 2 small interviews (15 minutes each) with a peer and another manager - one of which was technical and another was a company fit interview. The final part of the interview process was an informal chat with the a member of the leadership team.
