During the interview process you meet with the Directors of Recruitment, as well as the owners of the company. They take an interest in your career goals, work ethic, and hobbies in order to determine if you are a good fit for the company culture. Depending on how well you interview/sell yourself, you may be offered a position after the first interview, some candidates require 2nd, and even 3rd round of interviews. It was a professional and good interviewing experience overall.
