The recruiter/ interviewer was very kind and funny. He made the process comfortable. The only problem that came up was that he was a temp and didn't quite seem to be aware of salary rates for different positions at the company. Also, he wasn't aware of how to determine if an individual should be considered for a more higher position if their credentials qualified them for one.
