I put in an application they called me back and sent me a packet to complete. I returned the packet I received an offer of employment and they hired me after receiving my TB test results. I received another packet to complete and sent it back in at which point, I was already working.

It was done entirely by phone. I could have been ANYONE and they never met me face to face, ever! They hired me based on a few questions and never met me or Skyped or Hire-vued me.
