The recruiter call was fairly easy, but the rest of the interview process was inconsistent and disorganized. I was supposed to get an email for next steps, I was met with silence, I reached out to inquire and was told the HM was on vacation, and then received an email thanking me for interviewing and that the position was filled even though I never formally interviewed.
