I attended a 9-5 assessment day. We started with a technical challenge (quite simple programming challenge) followed by 2 team activities and an interview crammed in between. We were promised comprehensive feedback on our day which I would have found useful even if I didn't get the job. Not only did I not get this feedback but Delta Capita take over 5 weeks to respond (I still have no response actually) and I have tried to track down some feedback 3 times, each time being told I would have it within the next few days. It is a shame as the company seemed good and if I had received an offer I would have bitten their hand off, however if I were to receive it now I would not accept.
