Entrevista
We participated in a group interview process with about 15 other people. We were asked to talk about ourselves in front of the group and describe a difficult customer service situation that we had encountered in the past. There was a cut in the middle of the interview and they let about 75% of the group go home before conducting 1 on 1 interviews.
