It was initial online submission from Talent500 coordinator. An online Assessment was scheduled using mettl, which was average. Result was announced after 4 days. Later 1st round of interview was scheduled with people from atlanta (Native) on REST api concepts and Java concepts. That has been cleared and result has been announced after 2 days. Then 2nd round of interview was conducted by people from Atlanta again (This time indians). The round was not technical at all. It was totally managerial based and i was already a lead. So, i answered everything. I thought this was a formality round as it was nothing and i would get this position. I started asking for status 2 days after interview completion. First Talent 500 Coordinator said, she didnt receive feedback. 1 week after that, she started saying atlanta people visited india, so they will give feedback in 2 days. 1 week after that , she started saying that, their tool is not updated and she will received feedback anytime soon. 2 days after that, she started avoiding my calls, stopped responding my mails and messages. Now its been 20 days without feedback and looks like they have GHOSTED me. I have clearly mentioned to provide me the feedback whether its positive or negative or even if i am put on hold. I would go ahead with my next interview. But still such behavior. It was the worst.
