I applied online then I was invited to do a video interview. After I submitted the video interview the interview I was invited for the face-to-face in Atlanta. When I got to Delta headquarters I walked into the area where we were and holding and met a lot of friendly people. Then we were led to the upstairs area where we were broken up into three groups and interviewed and given information and the jumpseat and reach test. After my face to face interview I felt confident because I had prepared myself with the interview questions and my work history. There after they called the names of the people they wanted to stay but I was not one of them. They said they would contact us within two weeks via email and I was hopeful however I received a rejection letter and I was bummed.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
