No OFFER : Cleared all rounds , Submitted all Documents A brief about what happened to me . (CLEARED) 2nd week of Sept : Second Round with GM and Manager 7:30PM IST . (CLEARED) 3rd week of Sept : HR round with India HR (CLEARED) Next Day mail from Talent acquisition team to submit documents ASAP for further process of my candidature . And Now the wait starts ... Talent500 TA team does the proposal via mobile text message . (Weird usually it happens via mobile calls or official mail ID) And then After a long wait of 4weeks get to know the position is filled by someone else . You give so much effort to attend all of their interviews , plus submit all documents they require hoping that you are going to get offer .
