Submitted resume, did online application and long questioneer. Recieved an email to do E-Interview. Email stated I had 3 days to complete the interview or I would be taken out of consideration. (All of the things others listed were exactly what the e-interview consisted of.) Completed, waiting to hear back on my status.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
