      Entrevista

      I applied in February online through the Delta website. I received a phone screen towards the end of May, and was told I would be called for an in-person interview. I received a phone call from the station I applied at and was invited to an in-person interview approximately 3 days later. The interview was with the station leader and the performance leader. I watched a brief 5 minute video about Delta Airlines. The interviewers specified that the questions needed to be answered in the STAR format. They asked 5 pre-determined questions, and wrote answers on their forms. The interviewers also interacted by probing more about the answers that I gave. There was a 5-10 minute window for dialogue and I was told I would hear back within a week. I heard back a week later that I was receiving a contingent job offer (CJO) and would be able to start as soon as my background check came back. It has been 4 weeks, and I am still waiting, but am confident that everything will come back fine.

      2 steps: a video record interview where you get to record yourself answering questions and an in person interview at the airport where you will be working. Post Covid it was done as a group interview but each individual get to present themself.

      Applied for CSA position in May 2019. Got a email and phone call about job Interview in September 2019. Went to interview, got the job offer the same day contingent on Drug test, background screening, fingerprinting and Physical Test. 3 weeks later got a email that everything cleared and a start date. The process from the time I applied until when someone cintacted me for an interview was 4 months Applied 05/2019 Interviewed 09/19 Background Check took 3 weeks which they tell you Start Date 10/19

      Multiple phases; initial step was by webcam via app called HireVue. There was a five question interview. Questions are recorded and can be deleted and re-recorded as many times as you would like.
