The process was amazing. First there is an online portion. It has 8 parts, all individual skills with the last part being a personality test. It took 10 days to get the results but after that I received an invite to interview in person in Atlanta. The in-person interview was amazingly low-stress. There is a 3-person HR interview panel with a Captain, First Officer, and HR representative. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease. The second part is a longer personality test which takes about an hour. If you get a job offer, they tell you in waves and then starts the paperwork, urinalysis, fingerprint, and psych eval with a psychiatrist online. Very straightforward and very low stress.
