Made it to last round and then turned ip the job down because of lack of interest but the company seemed wonderful. Did a phone interview and video submission online! Pretty nerve wrecking. The company seemed very out together snd did things in a timely manner. People were nice. Look up star system- it's how they do the interview process. Ask all about your previous jobs and what you had done there- when you had a difficult customer and what did you do- when you caught someone doing something wrong- what did you do?

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
