I applied via the internet in mid November.. The application is extremely long and in depth, so I completed it towards the end of November. I received an email in the beginning of December stating that I needed to complete an assessment. After I completed the assessment, I received an email two weeks later asking to set up an online interview. The email gave very direct instructions on how to conduct the interview, setup and etc. That email also gave me a time limit of three days to conduct my internet interview. On the internet interview, 5 questions were asked: Describe a time you dealt with a difficult coworker or team member, Describe a time you went above and beyond to help a customer...that's all I can remember. The questions were all behavioral based..if that helps. I submitted my part of the interview, and that was it! 5 days later I was emailed to inform me that I didn't move to the next round.
