I applied online for the Delta Ready Reserve Position. The first step is a video interview. You complete this at home using your computer. You can borrow a laptop is you need to. Just log into your email and click the link. Once you get the email, you have 72 hours in which to complete the video interview. Don't rush. Take that time to make sure that you look good on camera from the waist up. Make sure hair, nails, teeth and makeup look great as you will be close up when on camera. BE SURE to google interview STAR answer format and practice this. The interview system allows you to practice but if you are not familiar with this interview format, you will need more practice. Practice now and when the opportunity comes your way you will be ready. Actually this method of answering interview question is used many place. Make sure your laptop camera is clean. Because this position you will be in close contact with customers, the questions center around how well you work with people under stress, angry people etc. Took 2 weeks to hear that Delta decided to eliminate the position I was interviewing for. :-( Good luck!!
