So far the whole process has taken about 1-2 weeks. First I applied online about March 27 and then completed the online assessment. Then received invite to do online interview via HireVue March 29th. Completed the interview April 2nd. And heard back for F2F interview April 11th.

The interview was 4 Questions and easy , pretty great environment ! They put it down on a piece of paper to review it I didn’t get the job though which I don’t understand that part. Why say hire if you won’t hire , I was an hour early had the correct attire as well and I thought the interview went well

From start to finish was a smooth process. Went much easier than I had anticipated. I was nervous but they were very kind & made everyone in our group feel like a part of the Delta family.
