Online interview where you need to have answered a series of questions ( Note some of those questions will be in the in-person interview if you pass the online).
Face to face interview where you canadates meet as a group at first so everyone can introduce themselves and tell you about the company. Later on you get an individual interview, where they will tell you right there if you got it or not. They will have you sign some paper work that day and schedule you for drug test which needs to be done within 2 business days of the interview and fingerprint/background investigation.

Tell us a time where you had a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
They will explain right before the interview process if you don't think you can fully commit to the company leave before they start. If you don't and decide after that you don't think its for you that you will never be able to apply for any other position for Delta in the future.
Very straight forward, to the point. No beating around the bush, and were very interested in gauging your abilities to be able to perform in the conditions required by the operation and company.

It went well the interview process was easy and quick.. they will send you a follow up email letting you know that you’re invited to the second part of the interview.. which is basically telling them about yourself

I applied and got a phone Interview two days later which came down to tomorrow date so I'm crossing my fingers and hopefully things go great.Ill be letting you know how everything play out after tomorrow
