Initially all the students had to give an aptitude test which was based on Pattern Recognition, Logical Reasoning, Language Proficiency and Essay Writing. Based on the scores of the Test further shortlisting was done which resulted in a Group Discussion Session. Students appeared in batches of 10 and 1-2 were shortlisted from each batch. After GD round, interviews were conducted with a panel comprising of Companies Directors.
