Informal and unstructured. It seemed to be more about personality than abilities and professionalism. The interviewer was very pleasant and easy to talk to throughout the process. It was a long interview considering the the position. The culture of the company was explained and the niche of customer service was also explained. The lack of hours, benefits and career advancement weren't clear during the interview, but it was easy to determine after starting the position. I was offered the position the following Monday; I interviewed on a Thursday.
