Online assessment if you pass initial CV screening. Then invited to final round in-person interview which consists of individual presentation and then skills and motivation interview. For the presentation, you will get given four options and a week to prepare a 10-15 minute oral presentation, after which you will be asked questions on what you said

The whole process is cozy and doesn't create any annoying atmosphere. In the 1st interview, the hiring manager was friendly and attentive to what I said. 2nd interview is a case interview. I had to prepare a presentation based on the documents they gave before 24 hours. Both auditors are helpful and give hints when I cannot answer. I really like the atmosphere that they gave to the candidates. It is like the coffee chat or informal conversations, not looking like a manager and a candidate.
