My interview at Dellner Polymers started off very well. The site manager was incredibly friendly, and we had a great conversation. I was given very clear signs that I was a top candidate, and both the manager and HR told me I would move on to the final stage due to my strong experience and fit with the team. After the interview, however, communication broke down. HR did not follow up as promised, and when I reached out, they cited being busy — but again reassured me I would proceed. After that, I was completely ghosted for over three weeks. My final message sent on 26/03/2025 was ignored. The interview was handled professionally, but the lack of follow-through and the broken promises were disappointing. Being left in the dark, especially after being told I was a great fit, reflects poorly on the company’s hiring practices.
