Interview Experience: Average The interview process took almost a week to complete. The rounds themselves were relatively easy, but the overall experience could have been more organized. The initial HR phone screening was smooth and professional. However, communication during the later stages lacked clarity, with responses from the HR team often being vague and not very convincing. The final interviews with the Director of HR and the CMD felt unstructured. Very few questions were asked, and both discussions seemed rushed, making it difficult to understand the evaluation process. The interview venue was also quite chaotic, which did not leave a very professional impression. The compensation offered was below my expectations, particularly considering the organization follows a six-day workweek with Saturdays being working days.
