Two rounds, recruiter screen and final technical interview. Questions were basic behavioral for the recruiter screen, such as why do you want to work for Dell, and what is a time you had a hardship during work or a project.

The interview was fairly simple. I only got asked behavioral questions, even though the recruiter told me to prepare for a technical interview. The interviewers were nice, but ended up not getting a response.

I was contacted for an initial behavioral screening call, then given an online assessment, then a behavioral interview with two senior engineers/hiring managers. Questions were generally straightforward, leaned into how my experience's connected with Dell's code of conduct and company ideals.

Online and asked me about my past projects. Took about an hour and also asked me about past work experience. Interviewer was really nice and it was a casual interview. Only had one interview.
