I was short listed, so I went straight to the interview with the hiring manager. I was one of the first interns they hired for this role. There were no technical questions— I was just asked about my experience and skills. I related my previous internship experience and projects to the job description. They liked that I was in my final year of electrical engineering. Then I followed up with a thank you email and any extra questions I had after the interview. I then got a call from HR saying I got the job a couple days after the interview.
