The interview process is 3-4 hours where you have 3 different rounds. Firs tis with HR, 2nd is with 2 managers, and another round with 2 managers. Each round with the managers they ask similair and different questions. The round with HR is for questions and learning about specifics about the role. The rounds with manaegrs is so they can get to see if your a good fit.

I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
