I had one phone interview and then one interview with three people at the same time. Everybody was very kind and professional starting from HR. When they made their decision HR called me on the phone to inform me the terms of the offer and then they sent the written offer by mail.

I applied directly through website. My manager asked me about my educational qualification and previous work experience and projects I did. Its an entry level position so just basic knowledge about marketing and excel was examined during the interview.

Great process, people and meetings. Easy to get through. Nice scheduling. People were prompt. Courteous. Everyone introduced themselves. The schedule was well designed. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I only wish I could hav Emet MIcahel Dell!
