Moreover, it made me as a candidate feel like my feelings / timeframe was not taken into consideration at all. Not everyone has the financial and emotional ability to wait months for an adjudication on a role. Multiple interviews with a variety of peers and hiring managers. From first interaction with recruiter (the only good part of this whole process) to final notification took upwards of 8 weeks. Yes, that's 2 months. Even after follow up with the recruiter, I felt I was being strung along as the company kept reposting the position on social media.

Being interviewed by Dell is a very organized, but lengthy process. The scenario plays out over a course of two to three weeks which can be extremely stressful for anyone.
