Very simple process, straight forward questions, ask about history problem solving and solutions. making sure you are able to do the job. they are big on customer service and giving solutions to the customer and keeping good relationships to get the job done. Make sure you have IT experience and to back up the position. IT experience does play a part but honestly its more about customer relationships and being able to keep them happy.
