Called by Dell recruiter one evening. Had two phone interviews, one with my manager, the other with a team member and the manager. One Skype interview with my boss. Following day I was called by interviewer and offered the position. I accepted the next day. The recruiter did an excellent job on coordinating everything required for my onboarding, she was top-notch at making the experience go smoothly. Orientation was conducted for several days in Nashville, TN. I met and got acquainted with my boss who conducted a large part of the training. Two other new team members were there also. They were also very generous with the equipment we were given to do the job.
