The initial interview process is a screening test with some basic database administration questions.
Then, there is a first level technical discussion to analyse the basic skill set required for the job.
Third round is a detailed technical discussion with a senior associate.
Final round is the HR discussion.

Very well organized interview process. 1st round core technical telephonic round, 2nd round was Managerial face to face and 3rd round was HR interview. HR was is contact time to time and excellent co-ordination. After clearing technical round, was called to DELL office for Managerial round. People were very courteous.
