Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) en mar 2010

Most of the questions are "tell me about a time when...." And the scenarios are things like "you didn't have all the information you needed to make a decision but you had to move forward", "one of your team members is not making their deliverable and it will cause your schedule to slip", and other similar questions about managing conflict, team members, schedule changes, etc.
You usually have to go through full panel interview as external and internal candidate (such as when you are applying to a new internal position). I also worked as a people manager for a few years there so I have been on both ends of the interview process.
Red flags are responding to questions with "I would escalate to management" or "I would pressure the team member to deliver" or meandering around and not ever answering the actual question.
Good answers should provide detailed solutions on how you would deal with the provided scenario and preferably how you have done so in the past.

1 hour full length interview on previous achievements and experience. Discussion on details on what is needed on the job and what is expected to be delivered. I think they usually hire experienced people rather than newbees.
