I went through two rounds of interviews with the hiring managers and a team member. The interviews were pleasant. The nightmare was trying to get the interview status from them. I was ghosted by the recruiting team and the interviewer. After I did not hear from them after round two for a week, I sent a message to my assigned recruiter through their recommended messaging portal, waited another week then sent the whole recruiting team an email, no one responded to me. I also emailed one of the interviewers to follow up on the status, no response! I feel disrespected and feel like I wasted my time. Both the interviewer and the recruiting team were very unprofessional and damage Dell brand. I would expect more from this company. What a disappointment!

The process moved at a reasonable pace and communication was clear throughout. Overall, it felt like an interview process designed to assess real fit and long-term contribution, rather than just ticking boxes.
