Three-hour virtual interview. First a 30min introduction to the Dell Services Leadership Development Program (SLDP). Then a 30min chat with current employees in the program, followed by a 45min presentation/interview with a five-person panel. 15mins break, 30mins one-on-one interview, and finally a 30min conclusion with the director of the program (talked about next steps, when to expect feedback, etc).

Pregunta 1
Talk about a time when you have been a self-starter. How do you gain stakeholder buy-in? How have you implemented a new process and what were the challenges you faced? If you were to have a ted talk what would be the topic of your talk and why. How do you think you can contribute to the culture/employee resource groups at Dell? What areas are you looking to improve on (a cheeky way to ask about your weaknesses). Tell me about something in your professional or personal life that you are proud of. Why Dell? Why this role?
Interviews at Dell are primarily a conversation about your background. The recruiter contacts you initially to see if you are a fit based on salary expectations and background. If you pass the first phone screen, then you have a 2-3 round interview process over the phone (Zoom without the camera). I interviewed with the hiring manager both times, but they can include others from the organization. The questions are primarily around your past experiences and how they relate to the current role. The whole process takes between 2-4 weeks.

University Recruiting - three interviews, mostly for cultural fit. One interview with university recruiter then two interviews with hiring manager. The process lasted a few weeks and next steps were always provided.
